1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping*: 2-5 Business Days
* These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates do not include the time required to create your products. Shipping costs vary based on the type and quantity of products in an order.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 3-5 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. CANCELLATIONS

We allow cancellations within one hour of placing your order. After this window, we begin the production process, and due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations or modifications can no longer be made. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!

4. RETURNS

Since each item is custom-made specifically for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us—we'll gladly work with you to resolve any mistakes and ensure you’re happy with your purchase.

5. DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

Beyond Rubies is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders may have restrictions when it comes to shipping to P.O. boxes.

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
